WHAT I NEED FROM YOU AFTER ORDER IS PLACED:

Please send the photo you’d like to use for your portrait, along with your preferred choices, to zazazoomstudio@gmail.com

If you’re unsure, you can send me different shots, and I’ll be happy to help you choose.

The best photos are:

• Front-facing
• Well-lit (natural light is best)
• Taken at pet’s eye level
• Clear enough to show fur markings and details

I will need to know what background color you would like.

a name on the background is only possible on a all white background.

if you want to add a plaque with name to the mat, please send request in the email. That is the ONLY way I can add a name to a color background piece.

If you have any doubts before ordering, please send me an email, and I'll be happy to help.
